a prototype for sustainable, affordable dwellings
In 2014, NeighborWorks Toledo Region completed a 40-unit, single family, affordable home, infill housing project known as Legacy Homes. Consisting of seven, historically sensitive house designs ranging from 1,328 to 1,800 square feet, twenty-eight houses have full basements, the remaining twelve are slab-on-grade. A clustered development, this scattered site project allows residents interested in becoming homeowners an affordable option.
